Decks with Handrails
These are all decks which include handrails, either for aesthetic or safety reasons.
Hand rails or safety rails come in all sorts of designs. Most of my customers elect to have traditional balustrading, which consists of vertical spindles attached to horizontal rails fixed between Newel posts. A cheaper option is some sort of palisade fencing. More expensive options include wrought iron spindles or panels. There are examples of all of these below. If you have a big enough budget, you could consider toughened glass panels, fixed between stainless steel posts. Unfortunately you won’t find any examples of that here, as I have yet to meet a client with pockets that deep.
